Description
The Pennsylvania State Police is seeking a food service provider to provide breakfast and lunch to building personnel at the PSP Headquarters Building, located at 1800 Elmerton Avenue, Harrisburg, PA 17110. The provider must have the ability and interest to provide food services on a Monday – Friday basis, from 0700 – 1500. This is a no-cost contract, with the vendor keeping total sales minus 3% gross sales per month to be paid to the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation. The contract duration is 2 years with 3 optional 1-year renewals.
• The provider will be responsible for providing breakfast and lunch items daily.
• The provider will have discretion in menu selection and pricing.
• The PSP will provide the location, equipment (maintenance), and all utilities.
• The PSP will not participate in the daily operation or provide meal allowances, employee subsidies, or minimum revenue guarantees.
• The provider will be required to pay 3% of gross sales per month to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Dept. of Labor and Industry.
