Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a front-end loader for the Hot Springs VAMC. The selected vendor will be required to deliver the equipment and provide basic operator training to two VA staff members. The training should include daily maintenance procedures and safety inspections. The vendor will also be required to provide a general recording of the training session in MP4 format. The due date for quotes is 05-21-2026 at 4:00 PM Central Time.
• The front-end loader should be delivered ready to use.
• The vendor will be responsible for providing hands-on training on the same day as equipment delivery.
• The training should be approximately one hour long.
• The vendor should provide a recorded training video in MP4 format.
• The VA will assist with offloading equipment.
• The vendor should provide a designated delivery/staging area, which will be located at Building 30.
