The State of Vermont is seeking a vendor to operate the State House Cafeteria on a full‑service basis, providing breakfast, lunch (with a $10 cap per lunch), optional dinner, take‑out, and vending services. The contractor must supply all labor, food, supplies, equipment, licenses, and comply with detailed health, safety, and “healthy food” standards, while meeting a minimum 10 % local‑food procurement requirement that must increase each renewal year.
