Description
The Massachusetts Veterans' Home at Chelsea is seeking a vendor to provide event planning and rental services, including tent, table, and chair rentals, for an upcoming event and potentially future events. The selected vendor must have at least five years of experience in event rental services, provide proof of insurance, and ensure all equipment meets safety and quality standards. The contract is expected to last for 5 years, with two options to renew for one year each. The vendor will be responsible for delivering and setting up the rented items on the scheduled event date and removing them on the same day.
• The event will take place on Saturday, September 13, 2025, at 100 Summit Ave, Chelsea, MA 02150.
• The vendor must provide a 30' x 150' x 9' white frame tent, banquet tables, and black folding chairs.
• The vendor must ensure all equipment is clean, in good condition, and free from damage or excessive wear.
• The vendor must comply with safety standards, including fire safety.
• The vendor must provide same-day delivery, installation, and removal of all rented items.
