HVAC Repair and Maintenance

The Office of State Procurement is seeking bids for HVAC repair and maintenance services for the Arkansas State Veterans Home. The contract will be for one year, with the option to renew for up to six additional years. The successful bidder will be required to provide repair, maintenance, and retrofitting services for HVAC equipment, including LG Variable Refrigerant Flow systems and AAON Dedicated Outdoor Air systems. The bidder must have three years of experience in installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems, and must have a valid Arkansas Class A-E or HVAC/R Contractor License. • The contractor shall complete installation of new equipment, upgrading of existing infrastructure, and retrofitting within 30 business days of notification. • The contractor shall complete repairs to equipment within 21 business days of notification. • The contractor shall complete maintenance of equipment within five business days of notification. • The contractor shall provide training to ADVA staff for any new equipment, retrofitting, or parts, upon request of ADVA. • The contractor shall provide specification sheets, upon request of ADVA. • All labor, retrofittings, equipment, and parts invoiced must be pre-approved by ADVA.
