Description
The Department of Veteran Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO21) is seeking a contractor to provide inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair services for Johnson Controls, Inc. (JCI) Chiller and Air Handling Units hardware at the VA Central California Healthcare System (VACCHCS). The contract will be a sole source, firm-fixed price contract with a base period and four option years. The contractor must be authorized by JCI to perform services on the equipment. The government intends to award the contract to Johnson Controls, Inc.
• The contract will be for a period of five years, from May 21, 2026, to May 20, 2031.
• The contractor must provide OEM-certified technicians to perform the services.
• The government will not pay for any information submitted as a result of this synopsis.
• Responses are due by April 27, 2026, at 4:00 PM Pacific Standard Time.
