HVAC & Plumbing Insulation Services

Clemson University is seeking experienced suppliers to provide HVAC & Plumbing Insulation repairs and services. The contract will be a fixed-price contract with multiple vendors. The scope of work includes insulation repair and maintenance for HVAC and plumbing systems, including chilled and hot water piping, steam and condensate piping, and HVAC duct work. The contractor will be responsible for providing staff, equipment, and materials to complete the work. The contract will be for a period of 5 years, with the option for additional awards on a quarterly basis. • The contractor must have all necessary licenses and permits. • The contractor must provide satisfactory evidence of all required insurance coverage prior to performance. • The contractor must comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations. • The contractor must maintain Clemson University's facility neatly and in order during the entire course of the project. • The contractor must provide and pay for all materials, tools, equipment, labor, and professional and non-professional services necessary to fully and properly perform and complete the work.
