Private Property Towing Fee Study and Recommendations

The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) is seeking a contractor to conduct a study on private property towing fees. The study should provide recommendations for the maximum fees that can be charged for private property tows, as well as other related fees. The contractor will be responsible for developing a methodology for the study, collecting and analyzing data, and presenting the findings in a comprehensive report. The report should examine the cost of towing services, the consumer price index, and the geographic area, among other factors.
