PRF88 Foreign Language Interpretation and Translation Services

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts is seeking a contractor to provide foreign language interpretation and translation services, including telephonic interpretation, video remote interpretation, in-person interpretation, and document translation. The contractor will be required to provide services to Executive Agencies of the Commonwealth and other eligible entities. The contract will be for a period of time to be determined, with options for renewal. The contractor will be evaluated based on their experience, qualifications, and price. • The contractor must have experience providing interpretation and translation services to government agencies or similar organizations. • The contractor must have a proven track record of providing high-quality services and meeting customer needs. • The contractor must have a robust quality control process in place to ensure accuracy and consistency of services. • The contractor must be able to provide services in a variety of languages, including but not limited to Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, and Vietnamese. • The contractor must have a strong understanding of cultural differences and nuances to provide effective interpretation and translation services.
