Description
The Central Alabama Veterans Health Care System (CAVHCS) is seeking to procure a robotic prescription dispensing system and upgrade existing ScriptPro workstations at multiple VA pharmacy locations. The contract will be a sole‑source award to ScriptPro USA, Inc. The vendor must deliver, install, integrate with VA IT networks, test, and provide training and ongoing maintenance for the robotic system. The effort includes hardware, software compatible with Windows 11, network configuration, and post‑installation support.
• Location: Outpatient pharmacies at East Campus (Tuskegee), West Campus (Montgomery) and Montgomery VA Clinic (MVAC).
• Scope: Supply of robotic dispensing equipment, software upgrades, installation, network integration, testing, training, and monthly maintenance.
• Delivery & installation must coordinate with CAVHCS CIO, OI&T, and Information Security Officer.
• Sole‑source award to ScriptPro USA, Inc. due to proprietary software.

• Submission deadline: August 31 2026 (3 pm ET).
