Description
The State of Mississippi, Department of Finance and Administration, Office of Purchasing, Travel and Fleet Management is seeking proposals for a negotiated contract for the purchase and rental of copiers. The contract will be for a term of 12 months, with possible extensions up to 60 months. The successful bidder will be required to provide commercial-grade copiers that meet or exceed the specifications outlined in the solicitation. The copiers must be capable of supporting the diverse operational needs of State agencies, universities, and local governmental entities. The contract will require the provision of maintenance, supplies, and service agreements as applicable.
• The contract will be awarded to all Manufacturers that submit proposals and are in compliance with the format and are proposing competitive prices.
• The successful bidder will be required to provide a price list spreadsheet with pricing in an Excel format.
• The successful bidder will be required to provide an internal catalog pricing spreadsheet and product information.
• The contract will require the provision of a purchase summary and purchase summary attestation.
• The contract will be governed by the State of Mississippi's Standard Terms and Conditions.
