R5 HVAC Maintenance Services for the Regional Office

The USDA-FS CSA SOUTHWEST 3 is seeking a contractor to provide HVAC maintenance services for the Regional Office. The contract will be for a period of one year, from 07/01/2026 to 06/30/2027. The contractor will be responsible for performing quarterly and annual preventative maintenance inspections, cleaning and replacing filters, and performing other tasks as specified in the Statement of Work. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and must provide a quote that includes all the required services. • The contractor must perform three quarterly and one annual preventative maintenance inspection of belts and associated parts. • The contractor must clean and replace filters as specified in the Statement of Work. • The contractor must perform other tasks as specified in the Statement of Work, including inspecting VAVs and performing maintenance on the cooling tower. • The contractor must provide a pricing schedule that includes all the required services. • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
