Description
The Town of Reading is seeking proposals for motorcoach trips with elder and human services. The contract will be awarded to the lowest cost responsible and responsive bidder. The proposal must include separate, sealed price proposals and must be received by mail or in person by 2:00 p.m. on December 22, 2025. The proposal must clearly state on the exterior that it is for RFP# 26-15 Motorcoach Trips with Elder & Human Services.
• The contract documents may be found online at https://www.readingma.gov/Bids.aspx after 10:00AM on Monday, December 01, 2025.
• There will be no charge for contract documents.
• The Town of Reading reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, or to award or not to award the contract for any reason the Town Manager determines to be in the Town's and/or the public's best interest.
