Liebert HVAC PM Services

The United States Marine Corps is seeking a contractor to provide Liebert HVAC PM services for the Technology Services Organization (TSO) LAN rooms. The contractor will be responsible for performing semiannual preventive maintenance, filter replacement, corrective repairs, and emergency response to ensure continuous and reliable climate control. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract, and the contractor must provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to perform the HVAC maintenance services. The period of performance is 12 months, with four 12-month option periods. • The contractor must be certified and qualified to maintain and repair Liebert Air Conditioning and Climate Control equipment. • The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local safety regulations. • The contractor must provide a service ticket after each maintenance or repair visit, including the date and time of service, work performed, parts replaced, system condition, and recommended follow-up actions. • The contractor must email the service documentation to the TPOC within two business days of service completion. • The contractor must coordinate access with the TPOC at least three working days prior to any scheduled service.
