The Salt River Pima‑Maricopa Indian Community (SRPMIC) Department of Corrections is seeking a single vendor to provide full‑time support and maintenance of its existing “Special Systems” security ecosystem, which includes door access control (DNA Fusion), video‑surveillance (Milestone), intercom (Harding Digital), and PLC‑based control (Indusoft Web Studio). The contract will span 3‑5 years and requires on‑site preventive maintenance, software updates, emergency repairs, and rapid response times (≤ 60 min telephone, ≤ 4 h on‑site). The vendor must be based in the Phoenix metro area, have at least five years of experience in correctional‑facility security systems, hold multiple insurance coverages (GL $2 M, Auto $1 M, Cyber $5 M), possess authorized partner status with the OEMs, and comply with a suite of security standards (SOC, PCI‑DSS, HIPAA, NIST/ISO).
• Geographic requirement: Phoenix‑area presence or sub‑vendor.
• Technical scope: maintenance of access‑control, VMS, intercom, PLC/HMI, plus integration and patches.
• Support model: 24 × 7 × 365 support with guaranteed response times.
• Evaluation heavily weighted toward contract acceptance, risk questionnaire, and solution experience.
