Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information from vendors about their Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD) Software as a Solution (SaaS) offerings. The ideal solution should be a commercially available, out-of-the-box platform that is Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP)-certified at a moderate level or above, requires no more than 30% configuration, and provides various HR service delivery modules. The solution should also be scalable, integrable with existing systems, and provide low-code solutions and timely access to large data sets.

• Timely access to large data sets for VA consumption and reports
• A pricing model for enterprise solutions with over 400,000 licenses, including tiered or volume-based pricing options
