Get Ready/Gear Up Facilitation and Event Services

The Minnesota Office of Higher Education (OHE) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide professional speaking and event facilitation services for student and family events conducted statewide on an as-needed basis. The selected vendor will provide dynamic presentation and facilitation services for events such as school assemblies, student conferences, workshops, family engagement nights, and other program-related activities. The goals of this contract include delivering culturally responsive content, amplifying Get Ready/GEAR UP messaging, motivating students, building practical knowledge, and reinforcing key skills. • The contract term is anticipated to be from March 2026 to August 2028, with the option to extend up to an additional three years. • The State does not expect the total cost to exceed $50,000, but may adjust based on program needs. • Events will take place at GEAR UP partner and outreach middle school and high school sites throughout Minnesota. • The selected vendor will serve as an ambassador for the Get Ready/GEAR UP mission at these events statewide.
