Unsecure Offsite Tape Storage and Critical Special Mission Emergency Services

The U.S. Army Acquisition, Logistics and Technology Enterprise Systems & Services (ALTESS) is seeking a contractor to provide unsecure offsite tape storage and critical special mission emergency services. The contractor will be responsible for vaulting 240 Linear Tape-Open (LTO) media, providing transportation services and media management, and offering administrative services including itemized billing and 24/7 customer support. The contractor must also provide critical special mission emergency services, which include scheduling, transportation, containers, pick-up and delivery to and from facilities, and services during after hours, holidays, and weekends. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing a climate-controlled facility for tape storage • Ensuring the security and integrity of the tapes and facilities • Meeting specific standards for performance and quality • Providing 24/7 administrative access and customer support • Managing and reporting on the services provided The contractor must have experience in providing similar services and must be able to meet the requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
