Prince George’s County Public Schools is seeking a qualified vendor to provide Oracle Fusion Cloud SaaS licensing, migrate its on‑premise Oracle E‑Business Suite to the Fusion Cloud, and deliver post‑implementation support. The effort covers three functional pillars – Human Capital Management (HCM)/Payroll, ERP Financials, and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) – with phased go‑live schedules, a six‑month “Ultra‑Hypercare” period, and an optional twelve‑month hypercare extension. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price, three‑year base term with up to five one‑year renewal options and a possible twelve‑month service extension. The vendor must demonstrate at least ten years of ERP‑to‑Cloud experience (including two K‑12 district implementations), provide detailed data‑migration, integration re‑engineering, and training, and meet extensive Maryland security and MBE participation requirements.
