FINGERPRINT SCANNER

The City of Philadelphia is seeking bids for a fingerprint scanner. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The fingerprint scanner must meet specific requirements, including being a Thales Cogent or Green Bit Dacty Scan 84C fingerprint reader, FAP60 flat and rolled, and FBI IAFIS IQS APP F certified livescan. The contract will result in a requirements contract, and the vendor must agree to the terms and conditions of the contract. • The fingerprint scanner must meet specific technical requirements, including a 3.2" x 3.0" 10-print at 500 DPI, 25 frames/second - 4 slaps, 27 frames/second rolled prints, and small size 5.8" x 6" x 5.8". • The vendor must provide a quote that includes the total cost of the fingerprint scanner. • The vendor must agree to deliver the fingerprint scanner to the specified location. • The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
