The State of Delaware is seeking vendors to provide comprehensive, secure destruction of physical documents, hazardous‑material paperwork, and electronic media for all state agencies across the three counties. Services include scheduled bin pickup, one‑time “banker’s‑box” collection, on‑site shredding, hazardous‑material handling, NAID‑AAA certified media destruction, and full chain‑of‑custody documentation, with strict reporting and certification requirements. • Scope covers paper shredding (various bin sizes), bulk pick‑up, and electronic media (de‑gaussing, shredding, incineration) meeting NAID‑AAA, NIST SP 800‑88, and IRS Pub 1075 standards. • Contract term is two years (Jan 1 2027 – Dec 31 2028) with up to three one‑year renewals and a possible three‑month month‑to‑month extension. • Mandatory insurance, business‑license, background checks, and detailed monthly/quarterly reporting are required; bid bonds are waived.
