Description
San Bernardino County is seeking proposals from qualified proposers to provide complete fire system inspection and repair services to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center. The contract period will be for a maximum of five years. The proposer must include all transportation, lodging, and per diem costs in their proposal. The scope of work includes fire alarm system testing, maintenance, and inspection, as well as fire sprinkler system inspection and repair. The proposer must comply with NFPA, Joint Commission, and other authorities having jurisdiction.
• The proposer must test, maintain, and inspect 100% of the fire alarm system components annually.
• The proposer must employ one hour of apprentice work for every five hours performed by a journeyman.
• The proposer must submit contract award information within 10 days of the execution of the prime contract or subcontract.
• The proposer must make training fund contributions in the amount established in the prevailing wage rate publication for journeymen and apprentices.
