Description
SEPTA is gathering information from vendors capable of delivering a modern, integrated enterprise transit‑operations software platform and/or the professional services needed to implement, integrate, and modernize such a platform across its multi‑modal, union‑represented workforce. The solicitation is an information‑gathering EOI that may lead to a formal RFP. Vendors should address functional capabilities (scheduling, dispatch, workforce management, time capture, optimization), architecture and integration requirements (APIs, data‑governance, ERP/HR/financial system alignment), and provide an implementation approach and relevant experience with large, unionized transit agencies.
• Provide a scalable transit‑operations platform covering scheduling, real‑time dispatch, labor‑rule management, and optimization.
• Offer professional services for implementation, data migration, system integration, change management, and training.
• Demonstrate prior experience with multi‑modal, unionized public‑transit agencies and integration with enterprise workforce/financial systems.
