Description
The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District is seeking an experienced contractor to perform annual maintenance for all HVAC within District owned Buildings. The scope of work includes labor and materials necessary to perform quarterly, semi-annual and annual maintenance tasks on the equipment in the locations as described. Upon award, the contractor must perform an initial survey to identify and verify equipment location, map and mark with an approved method all equipment locations within facilities associated with this service agreement. Key aspects of the job include:
• Performing quarterly, semi-annual and annual maintenance tasks on HVAC equipment
• Identifying and verifying equipment location
• Mapping and marking equipment locations with an approved method
