Description
The 436th Contracting Squadron is seeking a contractor to provide fire alarm maintenance services at Dover Air Force Base (DAFB). The contractor will be responsible for maintaining and repairing installed CO2/NO detection systems, kitchen hood fire suppression systems, and automatic fire alarm systems. The contractor must have a current National Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET) Level III certification in Fire Alarms Systems, Inspection and Testing of Water-Based Systems or Special Hazard Suppression systems. Key services include:
• Routine maintenance and repairs
• Emergency services
• Certification and licensing
• Compliance with industry standards and regulations
The contractor must also provide a list of employees, obtain contractor identification badges, and comply with security and safety requirements.
