Description
The Hawaii State Public Library System is seeking a contractor to provide annual fire extinguisher and ADX equipment inspection services for various Big Island State Libraries. The contractor will be responsible for providing documentation, maintenance, inspection, and repairs for fire extinguishers and ADX equipment. The contract will be for a 12-month period, with the option to extend for up to four additional 12-month periods. The contractor must have at least five years of experience in inspecting, maintaining, and repairing fire extinguisher and ADX equipment.
Some key requirements include:
* Providing all necessary labor, equipment, and materials
* Maintaining liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $1,000,000
* Complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations
* Providing a list of at least five businesses that have been inspected, maintained, or repaired by the Offeror
* Submitting a Wage Certificate and certifying that services will be performed pursuant to Section 103-55, HRS.
