MSG DETACHMENT COOK SERVICES

The U.S. Embassy Georgetown is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive food services for the U.S. Embassy Georgetown Marine Security Guard (MSG) Detachment. This includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and services required to prepare and serve meals to the MSG Detachment. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment and ensuring that all services meet U.S. food safety standards. Some key aspects of the job include: • The contractor must accompany the Mess Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) during food purchases to ensure quality and compliance with menu requirements. • The contractor is responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment. • The contractor must adhere to all applicable health and safety regulations. • The period of performance for this service is one base year, with four one-year option periods.
