This solicitation seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive, county‑wide maintenance and support services for all computer‑related equipment—including desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, scanners, servers, and peripheral devices—across more than 100 Gwinnett County facilities. The contractor must deliver on‑site response within four hours, conduct preventive maintenance on printers at least annually and on scanners quarterly, and provide monthly KPI reports. The contract is a fixed‑price, all‑inclusive agreement with an initial term plus up to four optional twelve‑month renewals, totaling up to five years. Key points:
