Description
The Jefferson Patterson Park & Museum (JPPM) is seeking a firm to perform maintenance and emergency repairs to the HVAC systems in the park. The contract will be for a period of three years, starting January 1, 2026, and ending December 31, 2028. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, overhead, equipment, materials, incidentals, supervision, insurance, and services necessary for performing maintenance and emergency repairs to the HVAC systems. The systems include VRV systems, mini-split systems, heat pump systems, geothermal heat pump systems, oil fired furnaces, and air conditioning systems.
• The contractor must submit a proposal to the specified email address by the due date.
• The contractor must include the required paperwork, such as the Bid/Proposal Affidavit, Conflict of Interest Affidavit and Disclosure, completed reference sheets, licenses or certifications, and company certificates of insurance.
• The contractor will invoice JPPM as noted in the specifications.
• The contract will be regarded as nonresponsive if the required paperwork is not included or if the bid is received after the due date.
