Description
The Judicial Council of California (on behalf of the 58 Superior Courts) is conducting market research to replace components of SAP Solution Manager that will lose mainstream support at the end of 2027. Vendors are asked to provide information on software solutions, implementation approaches, technical capabilities, and integration options that can handle transport management, incident/ITSM, change request (ChaRM) workflows, and document migration to SharePoint, while integrating with Azure AD, ServiceNow, Jira, and GitHub where appropriate. The response must include a completed Requirements Traceability Matrix, a high‑level pricing model, architecture description, answers to technical questions, migration approach, and customer references.
• Replace SAP Transport Management, ITSM, Document Management, and ChaRM with a modern platform (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Provide integration capability with SAP S/4HANA 2023, Azure AD/SSO, and APIs for real‑time data exchange.
• Deliver a migration plan, demo, and risk‑free trial, and outline ongoing support and maintenance models.
