Plan Review and Inspection Services

The City of Reading is seeking a consultant to provide plan review and inspection services. The consultant will be responsible for reviewing plans and inspecting construction projects to ensure compliance with city codes and ordinances. The scope of work includes plan review, inspection, and reporting. The consultant will work closely with city staff and other stakeholders to ensure that all projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Key responsibilities include: reviewing plans and specifications, conducting site inspections, identifying and reporting code violations, and providing recommendations for correction.
