The system should be able to manage volunteer profiles, opportunities, and hours, as well as provide reporting and data export capabilities. * Communications and notifications, including mass communications and customizable templates
* Reporting and data exports, including pre-packaged and customizable report templates
* Event and group volunteer management, including registration and management of group volunteer efforts
* Data sharing and integrations, including APIs and integration tools for training systems and electronic document management systems
* Background checks and credential verification, including tracking and recording of credentialing steps and automated reference checks
