Lexington County is seeking an on‑call contractor to provide commercial plumbing repair and installation services. The vendor will be responsible for responding to service calls, performing preventative maintenance, and installing new plumbing systems as required by the county’s facilities and projects. This is a continuous, “as‑needed” arrangement rather than a single‑project contract. • Respond to emergency and routine plumbing service calls throughout Lexington County. • Perform repairs, replacements, and installations of commercial plumbing fixtures, piping, and related components. • Ensure all work complies with applicable building codes, safety standards, and county specifications. • Provide 24‑hour emergency support and maintain a stocked inventory of parts to minimize downtime. • Submit regular reports on work performed, hours spent, and materials used for county billing and record‑keeping.
