On-Call Standard and Expedited Building and Fire Plan Review and Inspection Services

The City of Gilroy is seeking proposals for on-call standard and expedited building and fire plan review and inspection services. The selected vendor will enter into an agreement for a period of three years, with two possible one-year extensions. Proposals will be accepted by email until January 6, 2026, at 12:00 PM. The city is looking for a vendor to provide these services as described in the attached Request for Proposals.
