HVAC Maintenance Services

The US Army is seeking a contractor to provide HVAC maintenance services for the UT&C buildings located throughout the McGregor Range in Chaparral, New Mexico. The contractor will be responsible for performing biannual HVAC system maintenance, HVAC system repairs, and electrical repairs in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contract will require the contractor to acknowledge receipt of an amendment prior to the hour and date specified in the solicitation or as amended. Some key points to consider: • The contractor must perform all required biannual HVAC system maintenance, HVAC system repairs, and electrical repairs. • The contractor must comply with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and the attached Technical Exhibits. • The contractor must not provide pricing, quotes, or cost assumptions for certain CLINs. • The contractor must acknowledge receipt of the amendment prior to the hour and date specified in the solicitation or as amended.
