The VA intends to award a sole‑source contract for the Tele‑Eye Virtual Exam System (TEVES) to be installed at the Zanesville Community‑Based Outpatient Clinic. The award will cover the provision of the integrated tele‑ophthalmology system, on‑site installation, training, and a virtual site evaluation with technical plans.
