Scanner

The Westchester County - Purchasing agency is seeking a scanner through an informal request for quote (RFQ) process. The scanner should comply with applicable Federal, State, and County laws, rules, and regulations. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any portion thereof. The purchase will be made on an "as-is" basis, with the vendor responsible for ensuring the product meets the County's requirements. Key considerations include the delivery date, pricing, and warranty. • The delivery date should be as soon as possible. • The prices quoted must be F.O.B. Destination and without charges of any type. • The vendor must guarantee the product against faulty materials and workmanship. • The County encourages participation by minority-owned and women-owned businesses.
