Professional Services for Microfilm Digitization, Preservation and Court Records Management

The Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court is seeking a qualified proposer to provide professional services for microfilm digitization, preservation, and court records management. The scope of work includes secure handling, tracking, and chain-of-custody documentation for all microfilm materials, high-resolution scanning, image processing, creation of searchable digital files, indexing and metadata assignment, and secure delivery of digital records. The proposer must demonstrate a minimum of five years of experience providing microfilm digitization services to government, courts, or public-sector entities and comply with applicable industry standards and Florida public records laws.
