RFP 2026-004 Vending Machine Service

The County of Webb is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide vending machine services for various locations on Webb County government property. The successful vendor will be responsible for furnishing, installing, operating, and maintaining food and beverage vending machines across multiple County-owned facilities. The vendor must demonstrate sufficient capacity, experience, and infrastructure to support both snack and drink vending machines, including diversified payment methods. The contract will be for an initial term of three years, with the option for the County to authorize up to two additional one-year renewal periods. Some key requirements for the vendor include: * Providing all labor, equipment, materials, products, supplies, and supervision necessary to deliver full-service vending operations * Serving as the sole vending operator for all designated County locations during the contract term * Ensuring machines are modern, energy-efficient, and capable of accepting multiple payment types * Coordinating closely with County representatives regarding installation, relocation, removal, inventory decisions, and customer feedback * Maintaining consistent and timely restocking schedules, based on machine usage and facility needs * Providing a product mix that includes standard snacks and a variety of beverages * Replacing out-of-stock, expired, or slow-moving product selections * Responding to service calls within the specified timeframes * Keeping machines clean, sanitary, and free from damage, vandalism, or pests.
