Description
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is seeking a contractor to provide dispatch communication services for the Burning Man 2026 event. The period of performance is from July 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026. The contractor will be required to provide personnel with the necessary certifications and training to perform dispatch communication services. The total estimated hours for this solicitation is 4,518.
• The contractor must provide 17 personnel, including 2 Assistant Center Managers, 3 Lead Mission Support Technicians, and 12 Mission Support Technicians.
• The personnel must have the necessary certifications, including a Nevada Department of Public Safety Telecommunicator Certificate and Certification, or a current 911 telecommunicator certification in another state.
• The contractor must provide pre-event training and on-site training for the personnel.
• The contractor must ensure that all personnel have the necessary background checks and clearances before arriving at the event site.
