IFB 41-501598 -- BeyondTrust Bomgar Remote Cloud Support

The State of North Carolina, Department of Information Technology (DIT), is seeking bids for BeyondTrust Bomgar Remote Cloud Support. The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain pricing for and procure BeyondTrust Bomgar Remote Cloud Support for NC DIT. With this purchase, NC DIT will be migrating the current 90 RS Perpetual Licenses and 1 VM to 90 RS CLOUD licenses. Key features of the job include: • Providing cloud-based software as a service • Migrating current licenses to cloud licenses • Ensuring compliance with Statewide Information Security Manual (SISM) and other security requirements • Providing support services and maintenance for the software • Ensuring accessibility of the proposed solution in accordance with industry standards The contract term is one year, with an option to extend for two additional one-year periods. The State reserves the right to reject any and all offers, in whole or in part.
