Description
The City of San Antonio seeks a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive boiler, commercial heating system, and component services on an annual basis. The scope covers scheduled preventive maintenance, visual and functional inspections, performance testing (including hydrostatic testing), and corrective repairs, along with supplying necessary labor, materials, tools, and reporting. • Perform routine preventive maintenance and scheduled inspections of city-owned boilers and heating equipment.

• Supply all labor, tools, transportation, and communication resources required for the work.
