Non-Emergent Ground Ambulance Service - NAVAHCS - CON62

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide non-emergent ground ambulance services to the Northern Arizona VA Health Care System. The contractor will be required to provide basic life support and advanced life support transportation services, as well as wait time and mileage services. The contract will be for a period of 6 months, with four optional 1-year extensions. The contractor must have a Certificate of Necessity issued by the Arizona Department of Health Services and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The contractor will be paid on a per-trip basis, with rates varying depending on the level of care required. • The contractor will be required to provide all necessary equipment, personnel, and facilities to perform the services. • The contractor must have experience providing non-emergent ground ambulance services and must have a good safety record.
