Beverage Concessionaire Services for Miners Foundry

The City of Nevada City is seeking a qualified beverage concessionaire to operate the bar and limited‑food service at the historic Miners Foundry cultural center. The concessionaire will have exclusive rights to sell alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages (and limited snack items) during public and private events, must staff appropriately for event size, manage inventory, comply with ABC licensing, and may be required to adopt zero‑waste practices. The contract will begin January 1 2027, with an initial term of five years (extendable one additional five‑year term). The successful vendor will pay a monthly rent (amount to be proposed) and retain revenue from beverage sales, subject to City‑approved pricing.
