RFP 25-108 Cherry Blossom Festival

The City of Brookhaven is seeking proposals for the Cherry Blossom Festival. The proposal should include a Scope of Work that contains tasks such as staging, sound, lighting system, LED wall, fencing/tents/bike rack, labor & staffing, site coordinator & stage manager, green room trailers, artist contracting and communication. The final versions of all Key Deliverables should be submitted in Bonfire, and a minimum of eight (8) bound copies of the final products should be provided.
