Description
The Minneapolis VA Medical Center is seeking sources for cooling tower repair services. The contractor will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing two cooling towers, as well as providing training to VA staff. The scope of work includes cleaning, replacing gearboxes, inspecting and adjusting fan blade pitch, and testing the towers. The contractor must provide all necessary equipment, tools, and labor to complete the work.
