HRIS/Payroll System

The Maryland Automobile Insurance Fund is seeking a Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and Payroll system. The system should be able to manage benefits, deductions, and payroll for approximately 200 employees. The ideal system should also have the ability to integrate with other systems, such as Workday, although this is not a requirement. The vendor should provide a comprehensive proposal, including financial documentation, such as P&L and Balance Sheets. The decision for the award is expected to be made by mid to late January, with a go-live date on or about July 1, 2026. • The system should be able to manage benefits and deductions for both pre- and post-tax. • The system should be able to integrate with other systems, such as Workday. • The vendor should provide a comprehensive proposal, including financial documentation. • The system should be able to manage payroll for approximately 200 employees. • The system should have the ability to provide learning modules, although this is not a requirement.
