Enterprise Chat and SMS Communications Solution

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by the State University of New York (“SUNY”), Empire State University (“Empire”). SUNY Empire seeks a responsive and responsible vendor to provide a cloud-based Enterprise Chat and SMS Communications Solution, as defined in the specifications listed in the RFP (ESU-2-212154855). The results of the RFP will be used to award a contract for a cloud-based solution for a three year term, SUNY Empire and the winning Bidder may mutually agree to exercise 1 or 2 one-year options to extend the contract. The RFP will be awarded to the vendor determined to be most qualified to meet the specifications and requirements as described in this RFP.
