Description
The California Highway Patrol is seeking a vendor to provide two ADA‑compliant portable chemical toilets (one on each side of the Santa Nella I‑5 platform scales) and to perform full‑service maintenance, waste removal, and cleaning three times per week for a three‑year period. The contractor must supply all chemicals, spare parts, and waste‑disposal services, comply with ADA and California Building Code requirements, and ensure all personnel clear background and driver‑license checks. No site walk‑through is provided; the award will be based on the lowest responsible bid.
• Provide 2 portable chemical toilets (NB & SB) and service them three times weekly.
• Perform cleaning, chemical replenishment, waste pump‑out, and required documentation.
• Meet all ADA, UFAS, and state building‑code specifications; maintain insurance and security clearances.
• Contract term July 1 2026 – June 30 2029; bid deadline April 7 2026.
