Description
The Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE), Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE), and Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) to provide end‑user devices, software licenses, peripherals, and related deployment support for the PATH Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementation. This is a Sources‑Sought (RFI) intended to capture capability statements and confirm eligibility under the Buy Indian Act. The requirement includes a detailed list of hardware (monitors, printers, scanners, workstations, tablets, networking gear, etc.) and associated software/maintenance services, all new, TAA‑compliant, and delivered FOB destination. Respondents must submit a capability statement, company information, UEI/CAGE, and the Buy Indian Act representation form by 5:00 PM EST, 28 Sep 2026. No contract award is guaranteed; the notice will inform future solicitation strategy.
• Provide commercial‑off‑the‑shelf hardware and software that meet the listed specifications.
• Deliver items to designated IHS locations with proper documentation (manufacturer, model, COO, warranty, VPAT/Energy Star/EPEAT).
• Offer deployment support services for the PATH EHR rollout.
• Must be Indian Economic Enterprise (or qualifying SDVOSB) and comply with the Buy Indian Act.
• Submission limited to five pages, emailed to the primary contact.
